(212) 421-7004* The Upper Lid Blepharoplasty procedure under local anesthesia as needed for $3750 includes professional fees for surgeon and facility, and routine post-operative visits. An in-person visit is required for evaluation with the surgeon. The charge for this visit is $350, which is paid in advance and not refundable (irrespective of whether a procedure is ultimately scheduled), but is applicable towards the procedure price of $3750 (if the patient qualifies for the procedure). Qualification and any aspect of care including the procedure is solely at discretion of the surgeon, as not every patient is a good candidate for an office-based procedure, with factors such as uncontrolled major health issues, active infections, needle phobia, and others making a patient less suitable for this elective procedure under local anesthetic and might require an anesthesiologist. If the procedure cannot be scheduled for any reason in conjunction with initial office visit, the $350 office visit fee is non-refundable and will not count towards a procedure. Any additional consultation, touch-ups, redos, procedures, or treatment or discussions, or unforeseen complications or circumstances requiring more medical care shall be the patient's financial responsibility. It is strongly recommended that a patient is accompanied by an adult following the procedure.
Please plan for a few days of recovery after the procedure.
